Each year, as winter sets in, I find myself craving fruits and citrus flavors. So, I thought, why not substitute out the creamy effects of milk for the acidic bite of mango?

This one is super simple.

Start with the Basic Batter
Substitute Mango Nectar for the milk
Add 1 1/2 cups of coconut
Cook and serve. Its a mild twist with a good summery punch.
